Our Care Manager
Hello, I’m Nicola. For the past 16 years, I’ve been working in homecare, supporting a variety of individuals from those needing a bit of help to those with more complex conditions. I’m always looking to improve my skills because I believe everyone deserves to be treated with kindness, dignity, and respect.
I’m committed to providing person-centred care. With experience in the care sector and a City & Guilds Diploma Level 5 in Health & Social Care Management, I aim to ensure our clients receive the best care possible. I’m also registered with the Care Quality Commission, a member of the Homecare Association, and a Dignity in Care Champion.
Outside of work, I enjoy running (especially Saturday morning park runs), going to the gym, and spending time with my pets, family, and friends. I also like doing jigsaw puzzles! Additionally, I’m involved with the Norfolk Shared Lives Scheme (PSS), supporting adults with learning disabilities, which I’ve been part of for over 7 years.
