The manager provided the most professional and caring service.

It was so hard to initially pass across the responsibility of the care for my mum, but I could not have asked for a better service in how she was looked after, and how we were kept informed on all areas of the care provided.

Even when the care was transferred to meet more complex medical needs, she was adding extra value to her service above and beyond normal expectations.
