Nicola Weldon

With 16 years of experience in homecare, Nicola has supported individuals across a wide range of needs, from minimal assistance to managing complex health conditions. Continuously striving to enhance her skills, she holds a City & Guilds Diploma Level 5 in Health & Social Care Management. As a registered member of the Care Quality Commission and the Homecare Association, Nicola is committed to delivering care with kindness, dignity, and respect.

Outside of work, she enjoys running, staying active at the gym, spending time with her pets, family, and friends, and indulging in her love of jigsaw puzzles. With over seven years of involvement in the Norfolk Shared Lives Scheme, where she supports adults with learning disabilities, Nicola combines extensive experience with a compassionate, person-centred approach to her role.
